Minister responsible for the French Language Services Directorate (FLSD) Elaine Taylor at the Takhini River Lodge, with proprietors Christiane and Jean-Marc Champeval. The Champevals are the 2011 recipients of the Binet-Dugas Award for providing services in French, an annual award sponsored by the FLSD. Minister Taylor presented the award to the Champevals at the 2011 Gala de la francophonie, held on November 11^th, at the Yukon Arts Centre in Whitehorse.
